The error, "Runtime Error 50003, unexpected error" is displayed when running the WinINSTALL Administrator program (WINADM32.EXE).

Solution
When starting the WinINSTALL Administrator Program, the error "Runtime Error 50003, unexpected error" is displayed. To resolve the issue, follow the instructions below:
1. Run the Registry Editor (REGEDIT.EXE).
2. Select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
3. Select SOFTWARE.
4. Select SEAGATE SOFTWARE.
5. Select WININSTALL.
6. Delete the WININSTALL KEY (See Figure 1).
7. Reboot the workstation.
8. Re-run the WinINSTALL Administrator Program (WINADM32.EXE).
